You're Registered — What's Next?

Your registration and dues have been received. Here's what happens next.

Registration Complete

Your rider is registered with Contra Costa Composite. A team coordinator will reach out by email to walk you through the remaining steps.

There are two more accounts you'll need to set up. Because these require team verification, a coach or coordinator will send you personal invitations — you don't need to sign up on your own.

Pit Zone (NICA Registration)

Pit Zone is the official NICA / NorCal registration and compliance platform. A team coordinator will email you an invitation link. Once you receive it:

  • Create your Pit Zone account using the invitation link
  • Complete your rider's profile and health information
  • Sign the required NICA waivers and forms
  • Pay the NICA / NorCal league registration fees

This step is required before your rider can practice or race.

TeamSnap (Team Communication)

TeamSnap is how CCC shares practice schedules, race details, and team messages. A coordinator will send you a TeamSnap invitation by email. Once you receive it:

  • Accept the TeamSnap invitation and create your account
  • Add your rider and any additional family members
  • Check the practice and race schedule
  • Set your availability so coaches know who's attending

Watch your inbox — invitations usually arrive within a few days of registration.

While You Wait

While you wait for your invitations, you can review what gear your rider will need and read about how the race season works. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
